Order steps
- Select a product from the product list or product detail page.
- Review the product, quantity, price, and available delivery information in the cart.
- Enter delivery and contact details.
- Select a payment method and review the order summary.
- Review the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement.
- Confirm the order to complete payment and order registration.
Correcting errors
Before confirming an order, customers can edit cart, address, contact, delivery, and payment details. Requests after completion can be sent to contact@nevlight.com.
Contracts and records
The order-specific Preliminary Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, order summary, and electronic transaction records are retained for at least three years after the transaction, or longer where tax, accounting, or other law requires. Disputes
Order-related requests may first be submitted to customer service. No additional alternative dispute-resolution mechanism is offered. Rights to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts, and other competent authorities remain unaffected.
