Cancellation, return, and withdrawal requests may be submitted under the terms below.
Withdrawal period
Subject to statutory exceptions, the consumer may withdraw without reason or penalty from contract formation until delivery and for 14 days after the consumer or designated third party receives the product.
Withdrawal notice

- Return carrier: any carrier selected by the consumer; return is free of charge
Return conditions
Unless collection is offered, the product must be sent within 10 days after notice through any carrier selected by the consumer. The return is free of charge and the consumer cannot be charged return costs. Accessories and original packaging should be used where reasonably possible for safe transport, but their absence or the absence of an invoice does not by itself remove the right. The consumer is not liable for changes caused by use consistent with the product's operation, technical characteristics, and instructions during the withdrawal period.
Exceptions
Withdrawal does not apply to goods genuinely made to the consumer's specifications/personal needs or to goods installed where the instructions require installation by the seller or authorised service. Choosing a standard colour, size, or model is not by itself personalisation. Any applicable exception is shown before payment.
Refund
The seller refunds all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, through the original payment instrument, without cost, and in one transaction. Bank posting time may differ from the seller's processing date.
Model withdrawal statement
Use of a model form is optional. A clear statement sent to TONYUKUK YAZILIM BİLİŞİM İTHALAT İHRACAT VE SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ through the site's contact form or contact@nevlight.com, identifying the order/product, order and delivery dates, consumer name and address, and stating the decision to withdraw is sufficient.
