Product and price
The completed order-specific version separately shows the buyer details; each product's main characteristics, quantity, tax-inclusive unit and total price; discounts, delivery and other charges, grand total, and selected payment method. The consumer is not liable for charges that were not disclosed before ordering.
Delivery and shipping
The applicable delivery period, method, and charge are shown before confirmation. Except for goods made to the consumer's specifications or personal needs, delivery may not exceed 30 days after the order reaches the seller.
If performance becomes impossible, the consumer is notified on a durable medium within three days after this is learned and all payments, including delivery charges, are refunded within 14 days after notice. Lack of stock alone is not impossibility.
The seller selects a suitable carrier based on the product and delivery region. Unless the consumer requests a carrier other than the one selected by the seller, the seller remains responsible for loss or damage until delivery.
Right of withdrawal
Subject to statutory exceptions, the consumer may withdraw from contract formation until delivery and for 14 days after delivery. Notice may be submitted through the site's contact form or contact@nevlight.com. The consumer may return the product free of charge through any carrier of their choice and cannot be charged return costs.
Unless the seller offers collection, the product must be sent back within 10 days after notice. The seller refunds all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, through the original payment instrument, without cost, and in one transaction.
Exceptions and statutory rights
Withdrawal does not apply to goods genuinely made to the consumer's specifications or personal needs, or to goods installed where the instructions require seller/authorised-service installation. Choosing a standard option is not by itself personalisation. Any applicable exception is shown before payment.
Rights for defective goods, warranty rights, and applications to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court are independent of withdrawal.
